All the cardboard experimentation I do is leading up to a set of design templates to be used for constructing the final Stratocore components.

The 2mm Stratocore I'm using is lightweight and very durable. The corrugated core is has a good beam stiffness in one direction, and can be curved easily in the other. However, a significant challenge in using the polyurethane material is that it's nearly impossible to bond - only careful use of rubberized Superglue seems to work.
